In the event that we do not accept your order, or modify or cancel an order in any way, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided when the order was placed.

We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control. Once we deliver the products to the shipping carrier, title and risk pass to you.

ERA90 is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with ERA90. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales that take place between you and ERA90, including any injury, damage, or loss caused by the products and services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with ERA90.
