Can I collect the items in person?
Yes. You can buy online and collect at our shop in Aranjuez with no shipping costs, or see it in store first. Message us on Instagram to arrange it.
How do I place an order?
Add the piece to your cart on the site and complete checkout with secure payment. If you prefer, we also handle orders through Instagram (@era90vintage).
How long does an order take to process?
We prepare orders within 24–48 h on business days. Shipping usually arrives in 24–72 h once it leaves the store.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods available at checkout.
Is it safe to pay on the site?
Absolutely. Payment is processed with encryption through Shopify; we never store your card details.
What happens if the address is wrong?
Message us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll correct it before it ships. If it has already gone out, we'll arrange re-delivery.
Can I request an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. Let us know by email (era90vintage@hotmail.com) with your billing details and we'll send it over.
