Returns and Refunds Policy

At ERA90 we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not, you can return your purchases within 14 days of receiving them.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, with their tags on and in their original packaging.

• Returns are not accepted for personalised or sale items, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Process:

1. Contact era90vintage@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will tell you how to send the item back.

3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days using the same payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will take care of a full refund or exchange, including shipping costs.
